Cancellation Policy
**Spa Cancellation Policy**
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. To provide the best service to all of our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
**1. Cancellation Notice:**
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
- For group bookings or packages, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
**2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:**
- Appointments canceled with less than the required notice or clients who do not show up for their appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- The cancellation fee will be equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
**3. Rescheduling:**
- Clients may reschedule their appointments without incurring a cancellation fee if done within the specified notice period.
**4. Exceptional Circumstances:**
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
**5. Arrival Time:**
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next client. Anything after 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled.
**6. Confirmation Calls or Messages:**
- We may attempt to confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text message. It is the client's responsibility to confirm or cancel their appointment.
**7. Multiple Offenses:**
- Clients with a history of multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
